Red Offices: A total of 32 shipping containers, 16 double and 16 single, have been converted into affordable glazed office units. Placed in two terrace rows they create a high street feel. Power and connectivity are an additional charge. Separate metres are provided to monitor individual usage.

• Double containers : 320 sq ft (16ft x 20 ft) cost £90 + vat per week inc. one car parking space.

Blue Offices: The Blue area hosts 12 serviced office spaces, benefit from natural day-light and come complete with car parking and comfort cooling and heating. Power and connectivity are an additional charge. Separate metres are provided to monitor individual usage.

Office spaces from 290 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft from £16.50 per sq ft inclusive of service charge and business rates.

Gold Offices: Tenants have the option of either a ground floor unit or mezzanine level office overlooking The Campus, the hub of activity at The Sharp Project.

The 28 light and airy workspaces, which range from 500 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft, are suitable as either studios or offices and come complete with fitted carpets. Fibre connectivity to the desktop is available on request.

The 30, 000 sq ft office space in Gold is on two levels with an internal courtyard in the centre available from £18.50 per sq ft inclusive of service charge and business rates. The units complete with car parking, comfort cooling and heating.
