Graham Pearce leads KPMG’s technology, media and telecommunications sector business in the north. He specialises in advising on M&A transactions and also is supported by a multi-disciplinary team of industry experts across tax, advisory and audit within KPMG.

Graham is a member of KPMG’s international TMT M&A team of well over 100 colleagues which spans the globe.

Clients Graham has advised include the largest enterprise software businesses such as Xero and The Sage Group PLC, as well as a significant number of private equity funds on tech related investments both on the region and internationally.
