Marcus Hadfield

Marcus is Chief Strategy Officer at Apadmi, the mobile technology group.

With over 20 years experience in digital and brand marketing, he’s delivered award-winning campaigns across every discipline and most sectors. Most of his career has been spent in advertising agencies in London, before returning North in 2011 for five years as a Managing Partner at McCann Manchester. In those years, he has led agency relationships for Expedia, Argos, Costa, American Airlines, CrossCountry Trains, Which?, Homebase, Sony, Aldi, World Vision, Plan International and more.

In 2017, he jumped into the mobile world to help clients get more out the increasingly close relationships people have with their devices. Whilst the medium has changed, his question stays the same – why will customers care?

As well as leading strategy for Apadmi and its clients, he works closely with the start-ups that Apadmi Ventures invests in. He is Non-Exec to JigTalk, the Manchester based dating app and marketing advisor to many others.
