Peter McSorley

Peter’s early career was in the food and drinks industry, during which time he led the MBO of a food brokerage company supplying all major retailers across the UK, holding responsible for all sales marketing and logistics.

Later he worked on developing both manufacturing brands and retailers own label products and sourced products  from UK, EU, USA and the far east, focusing on confectionery, biscuits, juice and bakery.

After running several companies on behalf of overseas manufacturers, he acquired, grew and sold a bakery business in Wales.

He is currently investing in food technology and the development of smart labels as well as investing  in domestic housing in South Manchester.
