Sandy Lindsay MBE

Sandy was honoured in the Queen’s birthday list of 2015 for services to business and young people. The same year also saw Sandy named NW Director of the Year (SME) and Highly Commended in the same award, nationally, by the IoD.

Sandy launched Tangerine in 2002 and it’s now one of the UK’s leading integrated communications consultancies. The first PR company outside London to be named Outstanding PR Consultancy of the Year in the CIPR’s national Excellence awards, Tangerine employs 60+ people and supports some of the world’s leading brands.

Sandy is passionate about creating quality career opportunities for young people and has launched myriad job creation programmes including The Juice Academy social media apprenticeship.

Sandy is a national Ambassador for Apprenticeships, Vice-Chair of Forever Manchester and Chairs skills groups for the IoD and the North West Business Leadership Team.
