A recruitment agency marketplace, Hiring Hub helps companies find and work with trusted, independent recruitment agencies so they can fill jobs 3x faster for a fee they set.

Part of the 2016 SVC2UK Scale-Up Club and Future 50, Hiring Hub is used by the UKÕs smartest firms and champions the countryÕs 11,000+ independent recruitment agencies that are often specialists with deep market knowledge and access to excellent candidates, but have little marketing expertise orÊdigital footprint. In Hiring Hub, small agencies get a ready-made platform through which they can grow their reputation and businesses, while employers can access this community quickly, and manage recruitment in one place.

Simon, 36, is an alumni of Startup.co.ukÕs Young Guns and was named Software Entrepreneur of the Year at the Digital Entrepreneur Awards. Outside of Hiring Hub, Simon has written three books, Chaired the GovernmentÕs Northwest Business Council, and is an ambassador for National Apprenticeships. He is married with two young children and lives in Cheshire where, in his spare time, he cycles (a lot).
