Simon Wilkinson

Simon Wilkinson was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Myriad Group, one of the largest global independent providers of software and services to the telecommunications market with 900 staff and offices in 15 countries, Myriad was listed on the Zurich stock exchange. Prior to this, he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magic4 Ltd, a mobile messaging software market leader (sold to Openwave).

Simon was recognised as the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the year for the North in 2002.

Simon has an extensive track record of creating successful venture capital backed businesses having raised over $100 million of funding and provided multiple exits for his investors. Today, he is an investor and NED in early stage technology companies both in the UK and the US including Mobica & RealityMine based in Manchester.
